Congrats to Mr. and Mrs. Bellino

This morning, January 23rd at 8:30am, the Bellino's are newly proud parents of twins: a boy and a girl! All are healthy and doing well, we are so happy for them!

4th Stripe Testing at LBE South Run

Friday, January 27th, all classes will be canceled to accomodate testing. Due to the ice storm, last week's testing was canceled and combined with this Friday's testing. Please download the Revised Graduation List for updated testing times. If you cannot make the scheduled time you may either schedule a private testing with Master Lightfoot for an additional fee, or wait a few weeks for next month's testing and graduation. Please be prepared: Wear your full uniform with all patches properly sewn on, Bring your completed ITP form, all equipment, most recent report card and White and Brown belts will also need to turn in the TKD notebooks. Graduation is Saturday, January 28th at LBE Fair Oaks. All candidates must be ready for rehearsal at 5:30pm. The ceremony will begin at 6pm and the potluck dinner will follow.

SPRING and SUMMER Camp at LBE Fair Oaks

Looking for something for your child to do during Spring Break or Summer Vacation? Enroll them into our camp and have them experience TKD like never before. They will learn martial arts, experience weapons classes such as the nunchucks, bo staff, and escrimas sticks, and also have excursions to the swimming pool, bowling alley, movie theatre, or other fun places. Our camp registration is now open for Spring Break (April 2-6) and Summer Fun (July 9-August 31). Register before February 29th and save money. SUMMER CAMP at LBE Great Falls

Looking for an activity for your child this summer? Enroll them into our summer camp and we will make sure that they have some fun. Activities include games, martial arts, movies, TKD weapons, and a weekly activity. Register early to reserve you space as we only have a certain number of spots. The cost of camp for the week is 300$. There is a 10% discount for any students who attend a second or third session. Fresh fruit , drinks and lunch will be provided for campers all day while training. Campers must be at least 6 years old to participate or have special permission by Mr. Andrew. Please be sure to let us now ASAP if you are interested. A check for the full amount will hold your reservation. This is a first come first served basis! Dates: Session #1 June 25th - June 29th; Session #2 July 9th - July 13th; Session #3 July 16th - July 20th. Drop Off is from 8:45 -9AM and Pick Up is from 2:45 - 3PM.

TAI CHI Classes now offered at Fair Oaks

Tai Chi is offered every Sunday from 10am-12noon. We have also added two new classes on Wednesday mornings at 11:10-11:50am and 12:10-12:50am. The first class is free! Download the Tai Chi Flyer for more information about the instructor and class

Yoga now available at Fair Oaks and South Run

LBE FAIR OAKS: Starting 1/16, class will be moved to Thursdays from 9:30-10:45am.

LBE SOUTH RUN: Power Yoga on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9:00-10:15am . Gentle Yoga on Wednesdays from 9:30-10:30am.

The first class is FREE!
