Adapted Tae Kwon Do-Adding a Saturday Class!
Beginning Saturday, April 11th there will be 2 Adapted TKD classes. The 12:30pm class will be for ages 5-8 years and we will be adding a 2:30pm class for ages 9-12 years. Download the new schedule today!

Super Challenge Intramural Tournament coming May 30th!
Pre-register online for the Super Challenge Intramural Tournament! Pre-register by May 16 to receive a tournament patch and all competitors 12 and under will receive a participation trophy! The tournament will be held at Northern Virginia Community College-Annandale Campus on Saturday, May 30th. We will be competing against other schools for the championship spirit cup. Please read rules and general information on the website. Late registration will continue from 5/17-5/26, you must fax your form to Master Rhee. All registration forms and fees are due to your school by May 26th and you must pick up your tournament wristbands by Friday, May 29th. If you are not competing, come by and support your school and fellow classmates and show your school spirit! Go to the Super Challenge Website!
