Ninjas Program (4 to 6 yrs old)

Our Ninja program is designed for children 4 to 6 years of age.
Training in these classes will develop attention, confidence, coordination, discipline, fun, respect, and self control.  Each session involves conditioning, stretching, curriculum, games, and a character building mat chat.  Mat chats include discussions on positive attitude, sportsmanship, doing your best, when to use Tae Kwon Do and much more.  Many of our Black Belts started in this foundation building program.

Tae Kwon Do is the most popular Martial Arts in the world.
It is sometimes referred to as Korean Karate.
